The Objectives of the School-Based Feeding Program to rehabilitate the severely wasted and wasted beneficiaries to normal nutritional status. To improve pupils’ health and nutrition, values, and behavior as well as academic performance.

School Year 2020, we have a 20 days feeding program. There are 650 feeding beneficiaries and they are categorized as severely wasted and wasted. Before we started the School-Based Feeding Program we had a Virtual Parents Orientation to inform the Parents of the components of Pasteurized Milk, how the program runs, and the schedule of distributions. During the distributions, we follow the safety protocol. The 20 days milk distribution was successful and many beneficiaries were very happy that they were part of the school’s milk feeding program. One of their feedback is that the milk is delicious and their child was energetic from the moment they drank the milk. They are satisfied and grateful that they are part of the milk feeding program. The distribution of pasteurized milk runs from November 17 to December 10, 2020.

School Year 2021 another 60 days of School-Based Feeding Program. This time all Kinder pupils enrolled in FEES-Marcelo Green are included among beneficiaries of the feeding program. a total of 650 pupils of Kinder and Elementary pupils who are catered by the program.

They give them the schedule to get their supplies in the school. They received pasteurized milk for 25 days and Nutri bun and Nutri pack for 35 days. The feeding program where severely wasted and wasted learners are fed nutritious snacks at home are a way to reduce short-term hunger and improve their nutrition so that they are able to perform academically for a healthier future generation.
